Slurry pumps · Agitators
Slurry pumps and agitators – from the pit to the tanker.
The right slurry pump from Euro-P or BSA, agitators and slurry mixers from Buschmann and Börger – electric or PTO-driven, to suit your pit.

Pumps
Slurry pump: moving slurry reliably.
A slurry pump takes the slurry out of the pit – into the tanker, the next tank or the separator. Mixing pumps can also stir it up first.

Select what you need – we'll show you which pumps from Euro-P and BSA are suitable. We make the final choice together with you on site.

Euro-P · Pumps
The right slurry pump for every pit.
Euro-P builds pumps for slurry, biogas substrate and wastewater – with top or bottom intake, galvanised or stainless steel. They are best known for their mixing pumps, which combine stirring and pumping in one unit.
- Long-shaft pumps with mixing nozzle – ER2 to ER8
- Submersible motor pumps for under-floor pits and deep tanks
- Dry-installed pumps and booster pumps
- Pumps with hydraulic motor, e.g. as excavator pumps

Pumps
Progressive cavity pumps.
BSA has been building progressive cavity pumps for tough use for more than 50 years – stationary in the pump house, at the biogas plant or on the tanker. They convey thick and thin media evenly: thick slurry, liquid manure, digestate or sewage sludge.
- BSA progressive cavity pumps for stationary use
- Hardened hollow rotor made of tool steel, swell-resistant rubber stator
- Hot-dip galvanised, frost-proof housing
- Also as three-point mounted version with PTO drive – pump from A to B on the move
- Spare parts for BSA, Wangen and APT

In the pump house – permanently piped, with control cabinet and gate valves.

Compact installation – with geared motor on a hot-dip galvanised base frame.

Cross-section – hollow rotor in a two-lead rubber stator.

Three-point mounted – PTO-driven, mobile from pit to pit.
Mixing
Moving slurry around – not pumping it.
Fixed agitators stay in the tank. They break up floating layers, loosen settled layers and keep the slurry homogeneous – they are not used for pumping.

Buschmann · Slurry agitators & mixers
The right agitator for every tank.
From lagoon agitators and electric slurry mixers to tower mixers: Buschmann covers every tank shape – for circulation and slalom channel systems as well as for above-ground tanks and slatted floors.
- Lagoon, front loader and electric agitators
- Slatted floor, above-ground tank and built-in agitators
- Mixing towers and tower mixers
- Mounting box with guide rail
- Propeller blades in standard or folding design
- Low-maintenance or maintenance-free bearings, depending on type

Börger · Submersible motor agitator
Börger B-MX – powerful and economical.
The B-MX submersible motor agitator mixes and homogenises slurry, digestate and sludge powerfully – in above-ground and below-ground tanks as well as in circulation systems. Its flow-optimised body delivers a lot of power with little energy.
- Made entirely of stainless steel, including all parts in contact with the medium
- Flow-optimised body without edges – modelled on a ship’s propeller
- Mechanical seal with large intermediate chamber, leakage detector optional
- Temperature sensor in the motor winding protects against overload
- Height and position adjustable via guide rail – also as a retrofit

Entirely stainless steel – including all parts that come into contact with slurry.

Flow-optimised – the slurry flows to the propeller without turbulence.
Personal handover
We don’t hand over at the farm gate – we hand over on your field.
Handover and first use at your site, everyday operation simulated together, care and maintenance explained – and afterwards one permanent contact person.
Which equipment suits your pit?
Tell us the tank size, depth, type of slurry and whether you work with electricity or PTO – we will recommend a pump or agitator.
