Slurry tankers

BSA slurry tankers

The BSA slurry tanker – quality and durability from Franconia.

Your slurry tanker from a BSA partner: we have been an official BSA dealer for decades. Whether a single-axle tanker for the family farm or a tridem for the contractor – together we find the tanker that suits your fields, volumes and tractor.

The heart of every BSA tanker

The BSA progressive cavity pump

Single-axle, tandem or tridem – and in every line: every BSA tanker is driven by the BSA progressive cavity pump. It sucks, conveys and pushes the slurry evenly – from filling to the spreading boom.

Cross-section of the pump (schematic): the rotor turns inside the rubber stator and moves the slurry forward evenly in closed chambers.

  2. 2Swell-resistant rubber statorSeals reliably and ensures an even flow.

  5. 5Frost-proof stone trap with quick drainKeeps stones and foreign objects away from the pump – emptied in no time.

Frequently asked questions

Modular design: a slurry tanker that grows with your farm.

The question we hear most often. Here are the answers.

What does modular design mean for a BSA slurry tanker?

The tanker is built from matched assemblies. This means it can adapt when something changes on your farm – more land, a different tractor, new spreading regulations. You buy the tanker you need today and extend it when more is required.

Can I upgrade my slurry tanker later?

Yes. Anything not fitted at the factory can almost always be retrofitted. Two things are fixed at purchase: the rear linkage of the PROFILINE and the control system of the ECOLINE (more on this below). That’s why we talk with you before you buy about what your farm will need in a few years.

Can I fit a trailing shoe or dribble bar later?

Yes. The multi-bar at the rear takes the spreading equipment approved by BSA – also as a retrofit. Whether Bomech trailing shoe or Vogelsang dribble bar: we advise you on what suits your fields and fit it for you.

Can I retrofit ISOBUS on the ECOLINE later?

No. The ECOLINE works with the simple SIGNO Smart digital control – it operates all hydraulic functions, deliberately without frills. ISOBUS cannot be retrofitted on the ECOLINE. If you already know that you will want to work via the tractor terminal later, the PREMIUMLINE is the right choice.

Does the modular design apply to all lines?

Yes. ECOLINE, PREMIUMLINE and PROFILINE are all built in BSA’s new tanker generation – the same quality, different equipment. Compare lines (German) →
